Customer Service Centre

Hyperdome has two Customer Service locations. The Customer Service Centre is located outside Entry 2 (near Myer) and the Customer Service Desk is located in the Food Court. Both are open during Centre trading hours.

At Hyperdome Customer Service you can obtain information regarding retail stores, service facilities and Centre events. The hire* of wheelchairs, motorised scooters and prams or kiddy cruisers can be arranged at the Customer Service Centre. You can also purchase gift cards, enquire regarding lost and found property, receive bus timetable information and make general enquiries. Gift Cards

If you are looking for the perfect gift then the ideal solution is a Hyperdome Gift Card, the gift of choice. Personalised Hyperdome Gift Cards are available from Customer Service and can be purchased in any denomination between $20 and $500. They may be redeemed at most Hyperdome retail stores* and are valid for 12 months from date of issue. EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities are available.

*Hyperdome Gift Cards are not redeemable at the following major retailers: Big W, Coles, Kmart, Myer, Bi-Lo, Woolworths, Aldi, Liquorland and Dick Smith Electronics. Gift Cards can be redeemed at most Hyperdome specialty stores. See Customer Service for full terms and conditions.

Complimentary Motorised Scooter, Wheelchair and Pram Hire

Hyperdome offers free hire of wheelchairs, prams and motorised scooters to make your visit more relaxed and comfortable. To book any of this free equipment, please phone our Customer Service Centre on (07) 3801 9199. For your convenience, bookings can be made in advance. Upon arrival to the Centre, simply visit our Customer Service Centre and provide proof of identity to collect your wheelchair, motorised scooter or pram.

Justice of the Peace

Our Justice of the Peace service can be found outside The Reject Shop and operates Wednesday to Friday 10am – 2pm, Thursday night 6.30pm – 8.30pm and Saturday 10am – 12 noon. No booking is required for this service.
